Barbershop (2002)

A light, airy comedy with community-thematization and a well-known ensemble, Barbershop’s surprisingly-heartfelt center, engaging dialogue, and Ice Cube lead performance make-up for a few bad gags & the poorly-scripted subplot. 6/10.
