An inventive sci-fi saga respectably developing complete unknown characters into a plucky antihero cast by Gunn with a fantastic funk ’80’s soundtrack, but joke of a villain, mediocre juvenile comedy, and moronic Dance-Off ending amongst the most anticlimactic ever. 5.6/10.

Plot Synopsis: Brash space adventurer Peter Quill (Chris Pratt) finds himself the quarry of relentless bounty hunters after he steals an orb coveted by Ronan, a powerful villain.
