Night At The Museum (2006)

One of the more imaginative new concepts in years of constant reboots-and-remakes, NATM’s star-studded cast, good CGI-fueled action, and funny gags [though choppily-paced] are just a backdrop to its critical importance and power as a movie with the captivative magic to perhaps refuel youth interest in museums, history, and our past. 7.9/10.

Plot Synopsis: Dreamer Larry Daley thinks he’s destined for something big but his imaginative ideas never pay off and in desperate need of a job, he accepts to be a security guard at the Natural History Museum. During his watch, Larry makes a startling discovery. Thanks to the unleashing of an Egyptian curse, the museum’s animals spring to life after the building closes. Larry must find a way to save the chaotic situation.
